Beginner's Patchwork Cushion Kit

Please read the following information BEFORE purchasing your fabric. 

Some of our fabric is sold per FAT QUARTER (see below) and most of our other fabrics are sold PER HALF METRE. If there are other options available, it will be clearly stated in the listing description. 

Please refer to the images below to see how a FAT QUARTER is cut:

Example: If you purchase one fat quarter, it will be approx. 72cm x 50cm. If you purchase two fat quarters, it will be 145cm x 50cm.

Delivery

Postage cost for the UK is as follows:

£2.99 - 2nd class Royal Mail OR £6.99 - 1st class Royal Mail

£6.99 on orders over £50

Current processing time is 4-5days for all orders. 

We usually aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours, but could take up to 4 working days of purchase during busy and seasonal periods.

When the goods are dispatched, we will immediately send you a confirmation by email. We send all our goods by Royal Mail and for larger parcels by UPS or other couriers. Goods are insured up to the point of signature (in case of recorded delivery) at the designated address, and you should ensure that delivery is to the correct recipient.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, we will refund you as part of our no-hassle 30-day money back guarantee. Please email us for return details.

We endeavor to refund you as soon as we have inspected the goods. Note, we are unable to refund original or return postage costs.
Return the item unused in its original condition by Royal Mail or courier and remember to take out extra postal insurance to cover the value of the package in transit if it cost more than £50. This cost should be met by yourself.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, cut, altered or not in its original condition.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, this should be immediately reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by email: Contact us by Email. Please keep all packaging materials for examination by the Royal Mail and remember to include your order number in any correspondence. These items will ordinarily be replaced free of charge.

Website Payments

You can make payments via Paypal and bank. For more information about Paypal please visit the Paypal website. Paypal allows payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Registration takes minutes to complete, all you need is a valid email address and your card or bank details. However, you can still pay via Paypal with your credit/debit card without signing up.

How to add an item to your shopping basket: Once you 'add to basket' the item will be added to your shopping basket. You can then view your shopping basket, remove any items and have an option to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout. Once you go to checkout, you will need to fill in your details before proceeding to the page with delivery costs and sub-total.

International Postage

International orders will take 7-10 days for delivery or longer for certain areas. All goods will be sent by International Royal Mail or International courier. The postage costs is calculated by weight. For example, one fat quarter weighs 50grams.
